Cancellation Policy 

 

Color Bar Hair Salon REQUIRES 48 hours notice for cancellation or reschedule. If proper notice is not received  50% of your services booked will be charged to your card on file. If a no-call no-show happens 100% of services booked will be charged to the card on file.  If you would like to book after a no-call no-show a deposit of 50% will be required.  

Confirm your appointment.  Square sends out reminders via text. If an appointment goes unconfirmed, this could lead to a cancellation. 

This policy is non-refundable and non-negotiable.

Before your visit

 

Please come with your hair clean and dry. It would be helpful if you came prepared

with a few photos so I could have a better visualization. If you are having

trouble finding something you like head over to my Instagram for

inspiration.  Confirm your appointment.  Square sends out reminders via text. If an appointment goes unconfirmed this could lead to a cancelation.

During your appointment

Come into my suite and decompress. We will have a conversation about your hair goals, pricing, and maintenance. If you are working from home feel free to bring your laptop and hop on our WiFi

Re-do or Refunds

Should you be unsatisfied with a service, please contact me within 24 hours.  I do not issue refunds.
